Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using NexumTrader, the service operated by Ohrlaf GmbH (see our Legal Notice). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited activity

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to breach any applicable regulation, including securities or trading rules.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example through excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attempts, or abusing webhooks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Introduce malware, or use the Service to store or transmit harmful or infringing content.
• Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or account restrictions.

2. Fair use

Plan limits, such as the number of connected accounts and signal volume, exist to keep the Service reliable for everyone. Automated or scripted use that materially exceeds normal usage for your plan may be rate-limited or suspended.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the signals you send and the trades they produce on your connected accounts. Ensure your configuration and any third-party sources you use comply with the terms of your broker and signal providers.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service and other users. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give notice.
