This Risk Disclaimer explains what NexumTrader does and, just as importantly, what it does not do. NexumTrader is operated by Ohrlaf GmbH (see our Legal Notice) and is governed by our Terms of Service.
NexumTrader is an order-execution and routing tool. It receives the signals you configure, for example alerts from TradingView, and forwards them to your own MetaTrader 5 accounts for execution by your broker. That is the entire product. The signals, the strategy behind them, the risk settings, and the accounts they reach are all yours.
We are not an investment firm, a financial adviser, a portfolio manager, a broker, or an exchange. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, recommendations, or any form of financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not manage your assets, hold or transmit client funds, or trade on your behalf. Nothing on this website, in the application, in our documentation, or in any communication from us should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
Trading financial instruments, including leveraged products such as CFDs and forex, carries a substantial risk of loss. You can lose some or all of the capital you commit, and with leverage you may lose more than your initial deposit depending on your broker and jurisdiction. Only trade with capital you can genuinely afford to lose, and never with money you need for living costs or other obligations.

Signal receipt, routing, and execution depend on third-party systems, network conditions, broker behaviour, and market conditions that are outside our control. We do not guarantee that a signal will be received, routed, executed, or filled at any particular price or time. See our Terms of Service for the full position on availability and liability.
We do not know your financial situation, objectives, experience, or risk tolerance, and we do not assess whether trading is suitable for you. Before you trade, consider seeking independent advice from a licensed financial adviser, and make sure you understand the risks of the instruments and the leverage you intend to use.
